Recently, the applications for three utility model patents submitted by CECEP Wind Power Henan Co., Ltd., including a new-type cable threader, a road water pipe protection device, and a new-type wind turbine foundation, were approved by the State Intellectual Property Office of China. Of them, one patent has been applied in project construction, significantly enhancing the efficiency of hoisting operations, reducing the occupancy of farmland and creating better economic benefits for relevant projects.
The new-type cable threader is a device used to set cables through trenches, which can replace manual operations and prevent workers from getting injured by cable stands. Moreover, the device has a simple structure and is easy to use, which can greatly enhance the threading efficiency and thus has high practicability.
The road water pipe protection device is specially used to protect water pipes on the roads. It allows vehicles to pass through roads in fields fast while causing no damage of water pipes and other irrigation equipment, so as to avoid unnecessary disputes. Thus, it can ensure repairers to reach the spots as quickly as possible, increasing the efficiency of wind turbine repair. It has a high operability.
The new-type wind turbine foundation is a renovated design for the foundations of wind turbines. The design links the substation foundation and the tower tube foundation with a joint pillar, with the cable pipe outlet on the substation foundation, thus facilitating threading operations. Moreover, it adopts prefabricated substation foundation, which can be immediately installed after the wind turbine is installed, thus decreasing the hoisting workload on the construction site. In addition, a remote alert device is installed at the manhole of the substation foundation, greatly enhancing the safety of repairers.
