On April 1, the Design Specification for New Energy Application in Buildings was officially released and put into force. CECEP Hengzhu participated in the compilation of the document. In addition to specifying design principles and technological requirements of for new energy application in buildings, the document also includes the methods and management requirements for the operation and monitoring of new energy systems. The specification is applicable to the design using new energy technologies to supply energy to the newly-built, reconstructed and expanded civil buildings. Meanwhile, it also provides references for applying new energy technologies in industrial and agricultural structures as well as regional energy systems.
