With technical support from CECEP Consulting Co., Ltd, the Measures for Certification and Classification of Green Projects in Lanzhou New Area (for Trial Implementation) and Measures for Certification and Classification of Green Enterprises in Lanzhou New Area (for Trial Implementation) were recently released. This is the second time CECEP Consulting provides technical support to formulate standards targeted for a green finance pilot zone, following the Guangzhou pilot zone for green finance reform and innovation.
While both documents were formulated based on relevant national-level standards, they are more targeted to tap the potential of local industries. Considering the needs of stakeholders, the standards explored and achieved classification of green projects and green companies, laying a solid foundation for government departments and financial institutions to precisely implement policies.
