Recently, the “NB/T10590-2021 Technical Specifications for Lightning Protection Transformation of Multi-lightning Wind Farm Collector Lines” compiled by CECEP Wind Power (Zhangbei) Co., Ltd. was awarded Chinese energy industry standard certification, which was announced in 2021 Document No.1 by the National Energy Administration.
As China’s first industry standard on lightning protection system transformation for overhead collector lines at wind farms, the technical specifications draw on the transformation and operation experience of the wind farm lightning protection technology in use, fill the gap in the existing standards, and provide a standard reference for wind power construction.
