On June 6, 2018, the International Cleantech Summit & 3rd Annual Meeting of 3iPET kicked off at Beijing International Convention Center. Co-hosted by the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences and China Environment Chamber of Commerce, the event attracted some 500 participants including officials and executives from China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the World Bank, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and several foreign embassies, as well as experts and representatives from scientific research institutions, industry associations, social groups and Chinese and foreign environmental enterprises.
With the theme “Advance Technical Innovation, Serving the Improvement of Environment Quality,” the annual meeting focused on innovation and conversion of green technologies, as well as innovative models and technologies for third-party treatment of environmental pollution in air, water, soil and industrial parks. CECEP’s Dadi Environmental Restoration Co., Ltd. attended the annual meeting as one of the winners of 3rd Top 100 Environmental Protection Technologies Contest of 3iPET for its independently developed indirectly-fired double-cylinder rotary kiln thermal desorption and enhanced disproportionation technologies.
