Recently, the research and development projects for distributed garbage treatment equipment and distributed wastewater treatment equipment led by CECEP Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary, CECEP L&T Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., respectively passed the evaluation and were included into the first batch of projects for major scientific and technological innovation funded by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP).
The “distributed garbage treatment equipment” project is aimed at distributed and modulated small-sized treatment equipment by gasification and pyrolysis to treat sorted organic garbage in regions at county, township and village levels across China, and the single-quality disposals on special sites. The research purposes of the “distributed wastewater treatment equipment” project include two aspects: one is to improve water quality in most rural areas to the levels of first-grade A or first-grade B by adopting A20 technology and deep filtration technological; the other is to improve the water quality in some environmentally-sensitive areas or regions with higher emission standards like Beijing and Tianjin to the level of IV type of surface water by employing membrane bioreactor infiltration system for wastewater treatment.
The two projects are at the internationally advanced levels in terms of indictors for emission, technology and economy, enabling the companies to offer comprehensive solutions to garbage and wastewater treatment while establishing core competitiveness.
